This Privacy Policy applies to luckyplanetgames.com and all mobile games and applications published by Lucky Planet Games Inc. (collectively, the “Services”), including casual games and social casino-style games.

- Gameplay data: session length, game progress, feature usage, and in-game purchase history
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics
- Display name (nickname) as shown on in-game leaderboards and rankings, which are visible to other players of the Services

- Sign-in with Apple or Google provides an authentication token confirming identity without receiving name, email address, or other profile information
- App stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, Amazon Appstore) may provide limited data related to purchases and account verification
- Analytics and advertising partners may share aggregated or anonymized data about ad performance

When you visit our website, standard browser cookies and similar technologies may be used to support site functionality and measure traffic. This applies only to the website and not to our mobile games. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

If Lucky Planet Games Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You may be notified of such a transfer through the Services.
6. Advertising
Personalized and Non-Personalized Ads
Ads through Google AdMob and Unity Ads may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to serve personalized ads and measure ad performance.
Apple App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, Apple requires us to display a system prompt before accessing your IDFA for advertising purposes. If you decline, non-personalized ads are served only and your IDFA is not shared with advertising partners.
Device-Level Ad Settings
Both Android and iOS provide system-level controls for advertising identifiers. Changes made through device OS settings apply to all apps and are outside our control.
Advertising to Users Aged 13–17
Users aged 13–17 accessing casual games are not served personalized or interest-based advertising. Device identifiers are used solely for fraud prevention and service operation and are not shared with advertising networks for targeting purposes.
7. In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play, Apple App Store, or Amazon Appstore. Lucky Planet Games Inc. does not receive or store your payment card details. Purchase receipts and transaction IDs may be shared by the app store for verification and fraud prevention.
All sales of virtual currency and in-game items are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
8. Your Legal Rights
Certain laws grant rights regarding personal data. The Services require the data practices described in this policy to function. There is no option to limit, restrict, or object to data processing while continuing to use the Services. If you do not agree to these practices, you must stop using the Services. The only way to stop data collection is to delete your account, which is permanent and irreversible and results in the loss of all game progress, virtual currency, and purchases.

California Residents — CCPA / CPRA
California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information. Deletion requires permanent account closure and cannot be undone
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. We do share device advertising identifiers (GAID/IDFA) with our advertising partners (Google AdMob, Unity Ads) for the purpose of serving personalized ads, which constitutes “sharing” under CPRA. To opt out of this sharing, use the device-level advertising controls described in Section 6, or email Privacy@LuckyPlanetGames.com with the subject line “Do Not Share My Personal Information.”
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Sensitive personal information is used only for the purposes described in this policy
- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights
Authorized Agents: You may submit a California rights request through an authorized agent. The agent must provide signed written permission from you authorizing them to act on your behalf. We may contact you directly to verify your identity before processing any request submitted by an agent.

- Account data: Retained for the life of your account, plus up to 90 days after account closure
- Gameplay and usage data: Retained for up to 24 months, after which it may be stored in aggregated, anonymized form
- Purchase records: Retained by the applicable app store platform (Google Play, Apple App Store, Amazon Appstore), not by Lucky Planet Games Inc.
- Support communications: Retained for up to 2 years
11. Requesting Account and Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, email Privacy@LuckyPlanetGames.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the username or PlayFab ID associated with your account.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All game progress, virtual currency, purchased items, and account history will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
We will process deletion requests within:
- 30 days for EU / EEA / UK residents (GDPR)
- 45 days for California residents (CCPA/CPRA), with a possible 45-day extension where necessary
- 30 days for all other users
Certain data may be retained after account deletion where required by law, such as financial records required for tax or audit purposes.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time at our sole discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website or within the Services. We may notify you of material changes through the Services. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
